This class is designed for our small friends to get those wiggles out! We will focus on moving our bodies in fun, new ways and build gross motor skills. Cooperative games will give friends a chance to interact with each other in a socially distant, safe environment, practicing interpersonal skills. Class includes 30 minutes of instruction, with 15 minutes of exploration.
Suggested age range is 1-3, with caregivers leading children with love to safely explore the space.
This class is designed for kiddos to get those wiggles out! We will focus on moving our bodies in fun, new ways and try out basic tumbling skills. Coaches will lead a guided warm-up and cooperative game with friends, then guide the class to gym stations - tumbling, ninja rig, tumble track and foam pit. We will end with a mindfulness moment, giving children time to share with the group.
Suggested age range is 3-5 year-olds, with parent support as needed to ensure safe participation.

For our more experienced emPOWER kids, Junior Flippers is a face-paced class, filled with fun tumbling skills. This class will help our younger friends get ready for Ninja in Training or Fearless Flippers. Kids should feel comfortable getting upside-down: kicking to handstand, cartwheels, pushing to a bridge, rolls on the floor and the bar, etc. Those who are still learning how to get upside-down or navigate skills safely should start with PreK Wigglers or Tumblers-in-Training. Coaches will lead a heart-pumping warm-up game with friends, then practice tumbling and using equipment.
Suggested age is 4.5 to 7.
Enjoy a fun and energetic class, filled with positive vibes. Coaches will lead a warm-up game with friends, then take the class through various areas of the gym - tumbling stations, ninja rig, bars and rings, trampoline track and foam pit. The focus of this class is gaining confidence in our body movements and trying new skills. We will end with a mindfulness moment, giving children time to share with the group.
Suggested age is 5 or older.
Ninja in Training is a high-energy, freestyle movement class. Coaches will focus on safety, agility, strength, balance, and basic tumbling. Ninjas will begin with a heart-pumping warm-up and strength-building cooperative game with friends, then practice jumps, obstacle courses and parkour elements. We will end with a mindful cool down.
Suggested age is 6 or older.
Fearless Ninjas is a high-energy class, focused on agility, strength, balance and flips. Kids should feel comfortable getting upside-down and be able to fully support their body weight. Those who are still learning how to get upside-down and need additional strength building should start with a Tumblers-in-Training or Junior Ninjas. Coaches will lead a heart-pumping warm-up and strength-building cooperative game with friends, then practice tumbling and parkour elements. We will end with a mindful cool down. Suggested age is 7 or older.
For our more experienced emPOWER kids, Fearless Flippers is a fast-paced class, filled with more advanced tumbling skills. Kids should feel comfortable getting upside-down: strong handstands, round-offs, rolls on the floor and the bar, backbends, etc. Those who are still learning how to get upside-down should start with a Tumblers-in-Training. Coaches will lead a heart-pumping warm-up and strength-building cooperative game with friends, then allow the participants time to practice a wide variety of skills using equipment. We will end with a mindful cool down.
Suggested age is 8 or older.
This class is designed to teach the basics of non-competitive cheerleading. Help your athlete learn to love cheer as a form of exercise or get ready for try-outs. This class will focus on jumps, dance motions, and basic cheer positions, as well as stretching for splits and tumbling. We will also empower our cheerleaders to participate in the choreography of their dances and cheers, allowing for creativity and self-expression.
Suggested age is 6 or older.
