Out of School Time Day Camps

OST Camps often sell out months in advance. Book early to secure your spot!

• OST camps are $90 per day
• Children must be 5 years old prior to September 30th, 2024 in order to attend OST Day Camps

$30 non-refundable fee to hold your spot

Cancellations or Transfer:

4 weeks prior - $60 Account Credit

2 weeks prior - $60 Account Credit ONLY if the space can be filled by a child on the Waitlist

Less than 2 weeks prior will NOT be refunded or transferred

Please keep your registration receipt for your records and for tax purposes. 

 8:30 am - 9 am: Drop-Off

9:00 am - 9:15 am:  Welcome Activities

9:15 am - 10 :15 am:  Gym Time 

10:15 am - 10:45 am:  Snack Break 

10:45 am - 11:30 am:  Free Play 

11:30 am - 12:30 pm:  Craft/STEM Activities and Cooperative Games

12:30 pm - 1 pm: Lunch

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Gym Time

 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm:  Craft/STEM  Activities and Cooperative  Games

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm:  Snack Break   

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Chill Time & Pick-Up

January 30th: APS No School

January 31st: APS Grade Prep Day

February 17th: Presidents Day

March 14th: Parent-Teacher Conferences

March 31st: Eid al-Fitr

April 21st: Grade Prep Day

June 19th: Juneteenth
