Class Policies

Caregivers

  • Only ONE Caregiver should enter the studio with a participating child. Additional caregivers may wait outside and take turns observing inside. Siblings are allowed to stay with Caregivers to observe, but must be supervised for the entire class.
  • Participating children under 5 require caregiver supervision for the duration of class. Caregivers will assist with social distancing and mask usage, as needed. We do allow siblings to attend classes, but they must remain with the caregiver at all times, unless enrolled in a class.
  • We require caregivers of children under to 9 remain in the immediate area. Caregivers may stay inside the gym during class, use the upstairs lobby area, or visit one of the nearby shops (Target, Harris Teeter, Dunkin, Dominos and Potbelly all within .5 mile.) Caregivers are also welcome to stay in the Outdoor pergola and bench seating.
  • For children 9 and up, please notify your teacher if you plan to leave the immediate area, and confirm emergency contact information prior to class. If you plan to have another caregiver pick up, please make sure your child knows who is taking them home.
  • Younger siblings may enjoy the toys and books while inside. Please put items back on the shelves after class has ended.

Safety

All instructors are CPR/First Aid certified, SafeSport trained and background checked. Many hold certifications from USA Gymnastics, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and National Academy of Sports Medicine. While all activities come with inherent risk, we train children how to listen to their bodies and asses situations before performing every task. Our coaches perform safety checks on equipment daily, provide soft landing mats, and work diligently to provide a safe environment for children to be physically active.

COVID-19 Prevention

MASKS: All participants, caregivers and siblings aged 2+ will be required to wear masks while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Coaches wear masks while hands-on with children, but may remove them temporarily to give instructions or demonstrate the stations. All adult coaches are fully-vaccinated. Children over the age of 4 should be wearing their mask with minimal reminders to keep it on. If their mask does not stay over their nose, we will send the child back to their caregiver to try a new one. Please make sure to bring extras if this can be an issue for your child.

AIR FLOW: We have installed two Coway Airmega air purifiers in the gym that recycle air at the rate of 2x/hour with industry-grade HEPA filters.
SANITATION: All participants will be asked to wash hands upon arrival, and as needed during class. Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe!
