COME CELEBRATE WITH US
Bring your party to our emPOWER kids! We have TWO spaces available to choose from - a smaller, more intimate Wellness Studio for children 1-8, or a larger Gym for party people turning ages 5-99! The entire selected space will be reserved for your party, and we can customize the experience to fit your interests. Whether you've got a gymnast, ninja, yogi or all-star athlete, an emPOWER kids party is sure to please the crowd.
Party Times March – May
Saturday and Sunday at 2:00pm and 4:00pm
Party Times June – August
Saturday
1:00pm (Wellness Studio only)
2:00pm (Joyful Movement Gym (5th fl) only)
3:00pm (both spaces available)

Wellness Studio Party
- Base price of $200 Includes 8 children (including birthday child and any siblings)
- Fee for additional children is $20 each (up to 16 total participants permitted– no exceptions!)
- 45 minutes of coach-led equipment time in the Studio (3,500 sq. feet)
- 45 minutes of outdoor party time under our covered pergola
- Fee for indoor party rental space is $50 (available only in the case of inclement weather)
- Tables and chairs provided
- Food, drinks and decorations to be provided by the host
Note: This location is best for children ages 1-6 years old. Children under 5 may need caregiver support during the gym portion of the party. Caregiver support required for those 12mo-3y. There is no fee for caregivers assisting a child.
Joyful Movement Gym Party
- Base price of $350
- Includes 12 children (including birthday child and siblings)
- Fee for additional children is $20 each (up to 20 total participants permitted– no exceptions!)
- 60 minutes of coach-led equipment time in the Gym (7,500 sq. feet)
- 30 minutes use of our indoor space or outdoor pergola on the ground floor, outside of our Wellness Studio.
- Tables and chairs provided
- Food, drinks and decorations to be provided by the host
Individuals must be at least 4 years-old to participate in the party (no exceptions, safety is our top priority!)
Booking Info
- Parties may be booked up to 5 months prior to the reservation date.
- To book your party, begin by viewing the Availability Calendar below. Toggle the calendar icon in the upper right corner for an easier view.
- Click on your desired date and time slot to register and checkout.
- If you would like to host your party in our Gym, be sure to select the "upgrade to Gym Party" option (+$150).
- Additional children and the remaining balance will be charged during your party time.
