Featured sports include soccer, paddle sports, football, dodgeball, wiffle ball, bowling, and more! Our dedicated coach encourages young athlete feedback and incorporates mindfulness and social-emotional learning into each session.

In this fast-paced class, we will focus on all elements of fitness that will translate into improvements in sports performance.
In this class, participants will learn about the importance of strength training, proper form with exercises, and focus on meeting individual goals! Coaches will incorporate drills for agility, balance, motor planning and coordination. Athletes will work with the coach to develop specific sports goals.
Class may include some work on our ninja rigs!
We are currently in our Fall session, which ends on 12/21. You may register for a Drop-In class, or NEW families may register for a Free Trial class!
Winter Session enrollment begins December 1st at noon. The session will run 12 weeks, from Sunday, January 5th – Saturday, March 29th.
